You will probably never hear a more remarkable voice in all your life, and it’s quite possible that this is the most beautiful rendition of “Over The Rainbow” ever recorded. Sadly, the world lost this wonderful voice in 1996, just a few months after she was first diagnosed with melanoma. She was just 33 years old.
