The Web’s Best Video Clips: Videos With A Brain

A nice look back to a time when Elton John & Bernie Taupin were knocking home runs out of the park with great songwriting and solid performance…before all the clowning around began to erode his musical integrity. Granted, this is just a lip-sync job (that’s how they usually did it back then), but so are most music videos these days. It’s still interesting to see Elton with all the gaudy stuff stripped away…singing one of his most moving pieces.
