Eagles: Hotel California (Live)
A great Southern California band that had hit after hit. The songs were all skillfully-performed, but the real power of the band was its great songwriting. In this 1976 recording of what is generally considered one of the great rock songs of all time, the band lineup is: Don Henley on drums and lead vocals, Randy Meisner on bass, Glenn Frey on acoustic guitar and harmonies, Don Felder and Joe Walsh on dueling lead guitars. A truly moving guitar break at the end (they don’t build ‘em like this anymore…). Excellent stuff.
