Jonathan Coulton: Skullcrusher Mountain
This is a delightful song (considering the subject matter), with some nicely-done complementary artwork. A sweet pop masterpiece from Jonathan Coulton. It’s the story of an evil scientist whose assistant, Scarface, captures a beautiful girl and brings her back to the Evil Scientist Lair. The artwork is by Natalie Jungkunz (”funnysoprano” on YouTube). The only difference between this and her original video is that we switched the audio track from a solo singer/guitar performance to the studio recording, which is a bit easier to understand and has more energy.
